Apply for the SpaceX retail offering through BUX
Risk Disclaimer
Investing involves risks. You can lose (a part of) your deposit. You should consider that a primary risk is increased market volatility around the time of the offering of Initial Public Offerings (IPO). The price of an IPO is often highly speculative and can fluctuate wildly in the immediate aftermarket, leading to potential losses. You can find detailed information about the risks associated with this offering, as well as the terms and conditions of the IPO, in the approved Prospectus. Please read the Prospectus carefully before making an investment decision.

FAQ
What price will I pay per share?
The final IPO share price is currently unknown and will only be determined during the IPO pricing process. The final offering price depends on multiple factors, including institutional and retail demand, market conditions, and the final bookbuilding outcome. As a result, the number of shares or fractional shares you ultimately receive may differ from your expectations at the time of signup.
When will I know if I get any shares assigned?
Allocation is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the final level of retail demand and available supply within Europe. If demand exceeds the shares available for retail investors, you may receive only a partial allocation or no allocation at all. On June 12th, BUX clients will be informed whether they received an allocation and, if applicable, what percentage of their signup amount was allocated. Shares on BUX support fractional trading, meaning that even if your allocated amount is smaller than the value of one full share, you may still receive a fractional share position.
When will SpaceX be tradable?
SpaceX will list on the Nasdaq on June 12. Once the market opens, the stock will undergo an initial price discovery period on the exchange. This means public trading typically starts a few hours into the trading day.
Can I cancel or change my signup?
Yes. You can cancel your signup before the signup deadline through the confirmation email you receive after registering. After the signup deadline has passed, signups can no longer be changed or cancelled because orders may already have been submitted into the allocation process.
What happens to my cash that was not allocated?
Only the allocated portion of your signup amount will be used. For example, if your allocation percentage is 50%, only 50% of the cash associated with your signup will be converted into shares or fractional shares. Any unused cash will remain in, or be returned to, your BUX account automatically together with the allocated shares.
What happens if I do not have enough cash in my BUX account?
If insufficient free cash is available in your BUX account at the deadline, your signup is considered invalid and cannot be processed. Deposits via Tikkie are instant, but deposits via bank transfer can take up to 1 business day to arrive.
Remember to account for any pending fees, as these will be deducted first and could leave your remaining cash insufficient.
Can I participate if I do not yet have a BUX account?
Yes. You can still sign up using the form on this page. After registering, you will receive an email with instructions on how to open and onboard your BUX account.
Why is the signup amount entered in EUR while the IPO is in USD?
BUX currently offers EUR-denominated accounts only. You can therefore sign up using a EUR amount. After the signup deadline passes, the relevant signup amount may be converted from EUR into USD using the applicable EUR/USD exchange rate at that time, after which the USD amount will be submitted into the IPO allocation process.
Will I receive full shares or fractional shares?
Allocations on BUX support fractional investing. Depending on the final IPO share price and your final allocation amount, you may receive full shares, fractional shares, or a combination of both.
How can I increase or decrease my sign-up amount after I have already submitted the form?
Simply fill out and submit the sign-up form again in its entirety, including all your details and the new amount. Your latest submission will fully override your previous one.
