With its creation, bux.com developed the REX2Support. The REX2Support is a call center interface designed to give our call center agents ample support in handling customer concerns over the phone.
Description
As mentioned earlier, the REX2Support is a call center interface developed to help our call center agents to assist customers and merchant partners over the phone. It is composed of different features and functions suited to assist our call center agents with respect to the support and assistance they will be giving to our callers.
Functions and Features
Using this call center interface, our agents will be able to do the following:
- View merchant/card holder profile
- Edit/Update merchant/card holder profile
- View linked cards
- View transactions
- Reset PIN
- Reset password
- Link/Unlink Card
- Activate/Deactivate cards
As an added feature, agents may also undertake do the following tasks:
- Online Calculators
- Cash-out center Locators
- Case notes/Logs
In addition to its features and functions, the developers of the REX2Support have taken great efforts in keeping it secure and inaccessible from outside access. Since this platform houses all pertinent client information, the REX system employs the use of usernames, passwords, firewalls, encryptions and automatic system time out whenever the user becomes idle for 15 minutes.
